The latest addition to our line-up is our Gourmet range of Beef & Lamb Sausages, and Pork, Beef & Lamb Hamburger Patties. Choice cuts of meat are ground with the right amount of fat, herbs and spices added, along with just enough breadcrumbs to bind. The mixture is re-ground to combine the ingredients, bringing out the full flavour of the meat. Sausages and Burgers can be enjoyed fried, grilled or barbequed.
